RACO HQ is the internal tool RACO Marketing's team uses to manage the Google Business Profiles, websites, search performance and advertising of the local businesses we work for.
What it does
Google Business Profile management
With a client's permission, we manage their Business Profile: replying to reviews, publishing posts and photos, and keeping business details up to date.
Performance reporting
We read a client's Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Ads results to build their monthly reports, and submit their website's sitemap to Search Console.
Shared working files
We keep each client's working files in Google Drive folders, and use photos the client shares with us in their Business Profile posts.
We send onboarding and report emails, and when a client asks, send their website form confirmations from their own email address.
Who uses it
RACO HQ is used by RACO Marketing staff. Clients only interact with it when they connect a Google account so we can do the work above, and they choose exactly what to share on Google's own sign-in screen. It is not a public product and accounts cannot be created by the public.
