This policy explains what information RACO HQ, the client management tool operated by RACO Marketing ("we", "us"), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers information we get when you connect a Google account to RACO HQ.
We only ask for the access needed for the work you have hired us to do. You see each permission on Google's sign-in screen before you approve it.
Your business locations, details, reviews, posts, photos and performance numbers. We use this to reply to reviews, publish posts and photos, keep your details accurate, report on results, and add RACO Marketing as a manager of your profile.
Search performance for your website (searches, clicks, rankings) for your reports, and sitemap submission so Google can find your pages.
Website traffic and conversion numbers for your reports.
Campaign performance and lead numbers for your reports.
Folders and files we create for your working files and backups, and read access to the photo folder you share with us so we can use your photos in Business Profile posts. We do not read other files in your Drive.
Sending emails, such as confirmations to people who fill out your website forms, from the address you connect. We cannot read your inbox.
To show which Google account is connected.
RACO HQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We also keep the business information you give us during onboarding (contact details, services, service area, logins you choose to share) and the reports and content we produce for you. Our website forms and the rest of racomarketing.com are covered by the RACO Marketing privacy policy.
Data is stored on our private servers. Google sign-in tokens never leave the server and are not shown in a browser. Access to RACO HQ requires a staff login, and all connections use HTTPS.
We keep Google data only while we are working for you. You can remove RACO HQ's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have us delete the data we hold, email [email protected] and we will delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
