RACO HQ is a tool operated by RACO Marketing to deliver marketing services to its clients. By connecting a Google account or otherwise using RACO HQ, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

RACO HQ is for RACO Marketing staff and for RACO Marketing clients who connect accounts so we can do work for them. It is not offered to the public. Your marketing services are governed by your agreement with RACO Marketing; these terms only cover use of RACO HQ.

Connecting your accounts

When you connect a Google account you confirm that you are allowed to give RACO Marketing access to it, for example that you own or manage the business profile or website. You can remove access at any time from your Google Account, which may stop some of our services from working.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your data

You keep ownership of your business data and content. We use it only to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep RACO HQ available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, RACO Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using RACO HQ.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
